1. Autoclave

Here, mit reaction resins pre-impregnated fiber surface formations  (prepregs) are laminated layer by layer on a typically one-sided form. Subsequently, hot curing takes place under vacuum in the autoclave.

The typsic application  is ahigh-quality lightweight component that has to withstand heavy mechanical stresses.

2. Pressure-cured Prepregs

In this process, the prepregs are laminated layer by layer on a laminated laminate form primarily made of steel or aluminium. The hot curing is then carried out in a two-shell form by a heated press.

The typsic application areeometrically simplerenters  for high mechanical stresses (e.g. plates or lids). The surfaces are no different from components that have been cured in the autoclave.
